SEATING & RESERVATIONS

Ferndale Repertory Theatre has assigned seating. For the best choice of seats you should purchase your tickets in advance. If you have purchased tickets you may go directly inside the theatre when you arrive. If you have reserved tickets, you should stop at the box office in front of the theatre to purchase your tickets before entering.  We will begin to release and sell reserved tickets fifteen minutes before curtain, please plan to purchase your reserved tickets before then. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before curtain to obtain parking, pick up something from our expanded concessions offerings and get settled into your seats.  So as not to disturb the performance, any patrons arriving late will be seated toward the rear of the theater, if seats are available, until intermission when they can claim their reserved seats.

WHEELCHAIRS & SPECIAL NEEDS

Ferndale Repertory Theatre has several places in the audience reserved for wheelchairs, and ADA compliant bathrooms. We have Assisted Listening Devices available for those who would like them, please check with the house manager when you come to the theatre. We also offer ASL interpreted performances of some of our productions. Please contact the box office for more information about specific dates.

CELL PHONES & CAMERAS

Please turn off your cell phones, and no photography or video recording during the show.

SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. Please note the location of the exits—at the front door, and on the left side of the stage.. In the event of an emergency, please walk to the nearest exit. The ushers and House Manager will assist you in locating the exits, should you need it.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES

Please no outside food or beverages at our performances. We provide a variety of food and drinks at our concessions stand which can be purchased at intermission or before the show.

INTERACT COMPS

Ferndale Repertory Theatre has the following policy for those who would like a complimentary ticket to one of our performances:

  • Offer availbe to cast, crew, and production staff of HLOC, NCRT,  and Redwood Curtain Theatre productions
  • The production you are participating in must be in rehearsal or performance at the time you request an Interact Comp
  • You must make a reservation with our box office in advance of the performance
  • Ferndale Rep reserves the right to revoke complimentary tickets in the event of a sold-out house
  • Offer not valid for closing weekend or benefit performances
