Ferndale Repertory Theatre has assigned seating. For the best choice of seats you should purchase your tickets in advance. If you have purchased tickets you may go directly inside the theatre when you arrive. If you have reserved tickets, you must stop at the box office in front of the theatre to purchase your tickets before entering.  We will begin to release and sell reserved tickets fifteen minutes before curtain, plan to purchase your reserved tickets before then. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before curtain to obtain parking, pick up something from our expanded concessions offerings and get settled into your seats.  So as not to disturb the performance, any patrons arriving late will be seated toward the rear of the theater, if seats are available. At intermission patrons can claim their reserved seats.

TICKET REFUND AND EXCHANGE

There are no refunds, all ticket sales are final. If circumstances prevent you from attending your scheduled performance, please contact us at least 24 ahead of time and we will attempt to move your ticket to a future performance of the same production.

Ferndale Repertory Theatre has several places reserved for wheelchairs and has ADA compliant bathrooms. We have Assisted Listening Devices available for those who would like them. Please check with the house manager when you come to the theatre.

Please turn off your cell phones and no photography or video recording is allowed during the show.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. Please note the location of the exits—at the front door where you entered and on the left side of the stage. In the event of an emergency, please walk to the nearest exit. The ushers and House Manager will assist you in locating the exits if you need assistance.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES

Please, no outside food or beverages at our performances. We provide a variety of food and drinks at our concession bar which can be purchased at intermission or before the show.
