THE THREE MUSKETEERS
by Ken Ludwig
Directed By Cleo DeOreo

This adaptation is based on the timeless swashbuckler by Alexandre Dumas, a tale of heroism, treachery, close escapes, and above all, honor. The story, set in 1625, begins with d’Artagnan, who sets off for Paris in search of adventure. Along with d’Artagnan goes Sabine, his sister, the quintessential tomboy. D’Artagnan and Sabine joins forces with the greatest heroes of the day, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis,to defend the honor of the Queen of France. They fight the most dangerous man in Europe, Cardinal Richelieu. Even more deadly is the infamous Countess de Winter, known as Milady, who will stop at nothing to exact revenge on d’Artagnan – and Sabine.

THIS WILL BE A VERY FAST MOVING, PHYSICAL PRODUCTION. We are especially searching for actors with physical theatre and stage combat experience or willingness to learn.

FUN HOME
Book and Lyrics by Lisa Kron, Music by Jeanine Tesori
Based on the graphic novel by Alison Bechdel
Directed by Leira V. Satlof

When her father dies unexpectedly, graphic novelist Alison dives deep into her past to tell the story of the volatile, brilliant, one-of-a-kind man whose temperament and secrets defined her family and her life. Moving between past and present, Alison relives her unique childhood playing at the family’s Bechdel Funeral Home, her growing understanding of her own sexuality, and the looming, unanswerable questions about her father’s hidden desires. Fun Home is a refreshingly honest, wholly original musical about seeing your parents through grown-up eyes. It deals with mature subject matter and parents should familiarize themselves with the story before bringing children to audition.

Several of the youth roles will be double/triple cast.
